This poster from 1938, product bags and boxes of fascist Spain I have stamped the word "boycott." The swastika is a reminder of the links between Franco's Spain and Nazi Germany. Products and goods are beside the train tracks when they seem to happen. The image matches the message of the CNT-AIT to encourage the French railroad workers who do not volunteer to get products and goods from of fascist Spain.
The text is written in French, which puts the sign of the CNT-AIT among many others produced by other organizations and unions in the fascist Spain, which sought to internationalize the conflict in the English Civil War. In particular, we tried several times to obtain the support of European governments, including Britain and France. In fact, a Non-Intervention Committee was formed at the request of Italy and Britain in September 1936. With the ravages of World War I's memory, the goal was to limit the fighting in Spain and to block the sale of arms to both sides in conflict.
